Terms of Service

Accounts and eligibility

The service is intended for auto maintenance workshops, professional mechanics, and trade buyers. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account, and accounts may not be shared or transferred.

Orders, prices, and availability

All prices and product availability are confirmed at the moment you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable or a price changes before your order is confirmed, the app will tell you before you commit to anything.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or error, and we will tell you when that happens.

Delivery

Delivery times shown in the app are estimates and may vary with location, availability, and conditions outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Genuine parts, returns, and warranty

We supply genuine automotive parts. If a delivered item is incorrect, damaged, or does not match your order, contact [email protected] promptly and we will make it right in line with applicable law and our returns process.

Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are passed through to you and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms.

Loyalty rewards

Loyalty coins are a promotional benefit, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or withdrawn where fraud or abuse is detected. Coin earn and redemption rules are shown in the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping the catalog, interfering with other users, placing fraudulent orders, or reverse-engineering the app.

Intellectual property

The app, its content, and its branding belong to Ashbal Alkamal or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose, and nothing more.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashbal Alkamal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service — including lost business, lost profits, or workshop downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established.
