Device and technical information: device identifiers, push-notification tokens, app version, language preference, and diagnostic logs that help us keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use your information

To operate the service: processing and delivering your orders, keeping your cart in sync across sessions, managing your account, and applying loyalty rewards.

To communicate with you: order updates, delivery notifications, service announcements, and — where you have not opted out — offers we believe are relevant to you.

To protect the service: verifying devices, preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Ashbal Alkamal is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
